Playing Tricks Can Sometimes Help!

i've found out that with my patients, you can buy clear soda and mix 1/2 soda and 1/2 clear unflavored gatorade and it helps to keep them from dehydrating so badly, and it works with diet coke or diet pepsi. Now days you can buy an item called SMART WATER it tastes just like bottled water but it has added vitamins and minerals and if you get a water drinker this is great sometimes you can switch up with SMART WATER and gatorade. Smart Water also has electolytes.
