"Let's Make A Deal"

I like to play "Let's Make A Deal" with my patient. I give him a pedicure. I mean the works like he was in a shop for this foot soak, clean under the toenails, rub his feet and legs with lotion, after massaging legs and feet, then clean socks and clean houseshoes. His part of "Let's Make A Deal" is he makes me a sandwich of his choice. He giggles and laughs the whole time he is making my sandwich.
